The Boulevard architecture is texture rich presenting a variety of expressive qualities for mid-century modern design. Design elements such as the breeze blocks and ribbed concrete showcase the vigour of the building while the abundance of gold balustrades and window frames offer a balanced refinement.

A selection of north-facing views boast natural light, while the east offers long views over Molonglo Valley towards the city and Black Mountain. Views to the south sweep over Denman pocket park while the west pans towards the iconic Brindabella mountains.
